.I love making these quilts for babies.  I have had 6 grandchildren in 4 years and so my own family have kept me really busy.  The quilt tops are 100% cotton, and I usually back them with fleece to make them cosy but not so bulky that they cannot be tucked into a bag for play dates.  The round quilts in particular make a great back drop for photographs.  My daughter took 13 photos over the first year.  Printed and framed they made a great gift for Nanny!
